Technical requirements for production of stainless steel elbows

　　1.Because most of the 30 Degree Ss304 Stainless Steel Elbow are used for welding, in order to improve the welding quality, the end of the pipe is grooved, with a certain angle and a certain edge. This requirement is also stricter. The thickness of the edge, the angle and the deviation range are stipulated. Surface quality and mechanical properties are basically the same as those of pipes. For welding convenience, the steel grades of the stainless steel elbows are the same as those of the connected pipes.

　　2. The requirement of packing is to make wooden boxes for small stainless steel elbows, such as export, about 1 cubic metre. It is stipulated that the number of elbows in such boxes should not exceed one ton. This standard permits a suit, that is, a large suit is small, but the total weight should not exceed one ton. For large y, we need to pack it individually. For 24 inch, we need to pack it individually. Another is the packaging label, which is to indicate the size, steel number, batch number, manufacturer's trademark and so on.
