Use and Maintenance of Stainless Steel Cross

　　The chemical composition of the stainless steel cross will keep the elbow surface from rusting and corrosion for a long time. In the pipeline system, stainless steel cross is a pipe fittings that change the direction of the pipeline.

　　1. Long-term storage of stainless steel cross should be inspected on time, the stainless steel cross exposed surface should be kept clean, dirt removed, neatly stored in indoor ventilated and dry places, stacking or open storage is strictly prohibited.

　　2. When installing, ASTM A182 3/4Inch Stainless Steel Pipe Fitting Cross can be directly installed in the pipeline according to the connection mode, and stainless steel cross installed according to the position used. Generally, stainless steel cross can be installed in any position of the pipeline.

　　3. When using ball valves, globe valves and gate valves with stainless steel cross, they should only be fully opened or closed, and not be allowed to regulate flow rate, so as to avoid erosion of sealing surface and accelerate wear and tear. There is an inverted sealing device in the gate valve and the upper thread globe valve. The handwheel is screwed to the top position to prevent the medium from leaking from the packing.

　　4. Bolts of packing gland of stainless steel cross valves should be tightened evenly, and stainless steel cross should not be pressed askew, so as not to obstruct valve stem movement or cause leakage.

　　5. Handwheel is used for stainless steel cross. Do not use lever or other tools to avoid damaging valve parts.
