Manufacturing inspection and acceptance of stainless steel caps

　　The stainless steel cap belongs to one kind of boiler parts in pressure vessel and is usually used at both ends of pressure vessel.

　　1. The production, inspection and inspection of the ASTM B16.9 A403 WP304 SCH10S Pipe Fitting Stainless Steel Cap shall not only conform to the rules of this code, but also to the requirements of drawings or ordering skill agreements.

　　2. Stainless steel cap manufacturers should establish and improve a quality system that meets the requirements of relevant regulations of the State Pressure Vessel Safety Supervision Organization to ensure the quality of elliptical stainless steel cap.

　　3. The tailor welding of the stainless steel cap shall be performed by the person who holds the qualification certificate of the welder of the boiler and pressure vessel.

　　4. The non-destructive testing of the stainless steel cap shall be performed by the personnel holding the qualification certificate of the non-destructive testing personnel of the boiler and pressure vessel of the corresponding type and skill level, and the technical level of the non-destructive testing personnel for the elliptical stainless steel cap of the analysis plan shall not be lower than the level II.

　　5. All the steel plate making the stainless steel cap should have recognition symbols to be checked and traced; in the process of making, if the original recognition symbols are cut off or the steel plate is divided into several pieces, the transplantation of the recognition symbols should be completed before the cutting of the steel plate; the expression of the recognition symbols should be regulated by the elliptical head making unit;

　　6. For stainless steel and clad steel elliptical stainless steel caps with anticorrosive requirements, hard stamps shall not be used as recognition symbols and welder marks on the anticorrosive surfaces.

　　7. For elliptical heads for cryogenic pressure vessels and elliptical stainless steel cap requiring fatigue analysis and planning, hard stamps shall not be used as recognition symbols and welder marks for data.
