The stainless steel tee is a kind of pipe fitting used for the branch of pipeline. Seamless pipe is used to make three links. At present, there are two kinds of technology commonly used: hydraulic bulging and hot pressing. In the process, the metal flows to the branch pipe and forms a branch pipe under the stretching of the die. The whole process is formed by the radial compression of the billet and the drawing process of the branch. Unlike the hydraulic bulging stainless steel tee, the metal of the hot-pressed stainless steel tee branch is compensated by the radial motion of the billet, so it is also called the radial compensation process. Due to the use of heating to suppress three passes, the equipment tonnage required for material forming is reduced. Hot press stainless steel tee pass is suitable for low carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel, especially for large diameter and thick wall stainless steel tee, usually used in this forming process.
