Hot-formed three-way pipe tee

　　Hot-formed three-way pipe tee is more than the diameter of the tube diameter, flattened to about three-diameter diameter. The tube blank is heated and placed in a forming die, and a die for drawing the branch tube is loaded in the tube. Under pressure, the tube is radially compressed, and the metal flows in the direction of the branch pipe during radial compression and forms a branch under tension in the die. The whole process is formed by the radial compression of the tube and the drawing process of the branch.
